The Dynamic tower, designed by the David Fisher, is a quite brilliant and astounding piece of architecture created by man. Every floor of the 80 story building rotates according to voice command. The rotations are powered by solar cells, and the 79 wind turbines, which are located on each floor. Each floor is pre fabricated, and the only thing being built on the construction site will be the centre core, which is strong enough to hold the floors in place, and will contain the buildings elevators.
